The Soundtrack of My Life

“Music is therapy. Music moves people. It connects people in ways that no other medium can. It pulls heart strings. It acts as medicine.”   – Macklemore

Everyone knows that listening to music is therapeutic. Using music as a healing medium dates back to ancient times. The sound waves emitted from the music can calm the tension in our brains and bodies. Trust me. I have experienced this many times, and it is amazing. Music has the power to get you in a new, positive space that you have never been in before. I love listening to music and don’t know where I would be without it. As a treat, I decided to put up some songs that I love to chill out to and maybe you can too. Enjoy!! 🙂
NOTE: As time goes on, I will most likely find new songs to listen to and will add them to this page. This page will be updated to keep up to date with the current music I am listening to and my opinions on music in general.
